Luxury Client Advisor

Qualifications:

Possesses tech savvy communication and thinks outside the box.
Loves communicating to help people answer their questions.
Wants to work in a culture that promotes service, support, and being ahead of the curve.
Be dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction, and enjoy the rewards as a result, both personally and financially.
Work closely with each customer to ensure a complete understanding of the entire sales process from start to finish.
Demonstrate and maintain a positive attitude with customers and co-workers.
Maintain a working knowledge of the Acura and/or Lexus brand.
Successfully handle and overcome objections to close.
Have strong and effective communication skills in person and over the phone, technically, and in person
Energetic and friendly personality with the ability to establish rapport
Self-starter with a good work ethic
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to follow-through
Some sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency a plus!
Pay range averages between $60,000 and $150,000 but the sky is the limit if you have the discipline and disposition to work with clients to figure out their needs. Many of our top performers excel even higher.

Scanlon Acura is looking for talented and motivated Automotive Technicians. We are looking for sharp-minded, energetic team players that can fit right in with our current staff.

Job Information:

Must have 5+ years of automotive technician experience

Must have own tools and toolbox

Acura/Honda experience preferred but not necessary

Dependable and punctual

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Able to lift at least 45 lbs.

One of the most aggressive flat rate pay plans in the area

We offer a weekly pay period

Competitive compensation package

We offer up to $100,000 per year depending on qualification and drive!

Schedule: Hours: Monday-Friday, rotating Saturdays

Pay Range: $50,000 to $100,000

Job Information:

The Luxury Appointment Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring CRM contact touches of clients, ensuring 100% quality follow-up is provided while maintaining the professional Scanlon persona we have delivered for 40 years.

Respond to inbound internet leads trying to set an appointment or make a retail sale

Monitor/assist salesman contact follow-ups in CRM via phone, email and text

Monitor/assist “Pull Ahead” lease maturity campaigns via phone, email and text

Track sales, appointments, and sales assists: send daily and weekly reports.

Work inbound chat inquiries to generate sales inquiries

Pay Range: $30k - 60K+ (based on performance)
